Dr. Amandeep Kaur currently serves as the Director of Shree Ram Super Speciality Hospital, where she plays a key role in strengthening critical care services, trauma services and neuro anesthesia upholding the highest standards of patient safety, ethics, and compassionate healthcare.
She completed her MBBS and MD (Anaesthesiology) from the prestigious Government Medical College, Amritsar. She further enhanced her clinical expertise during her Senior Residency at Maulana Azad Medical College and G.B. Pant Hospital, New Delhi, two of India's leading tertiary care institutions, where she gained valuable exposure to advanced anaesthesia techniques and intensive care management.
Dr. Amandeep Kaur has developed special expertise in the management of critical emergencies, respiratory infections, poisoning cases, trauma patients, and intensive care management. Her sharp clinical acumen, calm decision-making under pressure, and commitment to patient care have contributed to saving numerous lives in critical situations.
Prior to joining Shree Ram Super Speciality Hospital, she served as a Consultant Anaesthesiologist and Critical Care Specialist at SGL Super Speciality Hospital from 2017 to 2021. During her tenure, she played a significant role in strengthening critical care services, improving patient management protocols, and managing complex surgical and emergency cases.
She was also actively involved in the COVID Care ICU during the pandemic (2019–2020), where she contributed to the management of critically ill COVID-19 patients, ventilatory support, and emergency critical care services.
Dr. Amandeep Kaur has been actively leading critical care services at Shree Ram Super Speciality Hospital, a 75+ bedded healthcare facility. She plays a pivotal role in the management and development of the hospital’s fully equipped 45+ bedded ICU, ensuring the delivery of advanced and patientcentered critical care services.
Under her leadership, the hospital has strengthened its emergency and critical care capabilities, contributing significantly to its growth and reputation for quality healthcare. She is also actively involved in mentoring medical and nursing staff, implementing clinical protocols, and promoting high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence across the institution.
